Multi-site deployment
A centralized field workflow coordinated technology work across geographically distributed locations.
Challenge
An organization needed technology work coordinated across geographically distributed locations, each with its own access windows, local conditions, travel requirements, and completion-documentation needs. The project required coordination of technicians, equipment, scheduling, travel, field execution, and closeout across multiple sites.
Smarter Solutions centralized the deployment under a single operational workflow.
The project followed a repeatable deployment workflow for site coordination, field execution, installation standards, and project visibility.
